4 Swimming pool accounts for sale. I’m looking to create more efficiencies and reduce my drive time — hence the reason I’m selling them.

All accounts pay early or on time via cc or zelle. These aren’t your typical garbage accounts that someone’s selling to avoid longer stops or pools that get large amounts of debris. I’ve never had to vacuum any of the below accounts and an average stop is about 10 minutes.

All are residential pools (specs below) and I bill at $140/mo for each and include muriatic acid and chlorine in the monthly pricing (anything above/beyond is billed at current market rate).

I bill at the 1st of each month and they’re paid on/before the 15th of each month (for that month).

Laveen – Dobbins & 27th Ave, $140/mo (9k gallon play pool, cartridge filter, VSP, easy stop, has suction side auto cleaner)
