Ok the time has come (after 20+ years in the business) for me to retire and ride off into the sunset. I am selling my pool business located in San Antonio, TX. Let me provide some specifics: 41 Maintenance accounts generating $10,737/month or an average of $262/customer/month. Obviously this does not include repairs or filter breakdown/cleans. 90% of these customers have automated pool cleaners. 100% pay in full by the 10th of the billing month! All of these accounts are within a 15 mile radius, from Terrell Hills through North-Central San Antonio! 1 Commercial account, that involves 3 times per week cleaning (we use their commercial Hammerhead vacuum). Total cleaning time is approximately 1 hour/visit, they have lifeguards that provide daily light cleaning of the pool each day (skim the pool, emptying the skimmer baskets, etc) except Monday's when the pool is closed. Revenue per month = $3000. In addition, they have an automated Chlorine and Acid pump. Additional revenue/profit of $600 - $800/month as we order the Chlorine and Acid and pay HASA directly, we then bill the customer for the Chlorine and Acid (with our markup of course). Commercial account pays on-time within 10 days of issuing invoice.
