Small residential pool located at the cross streets of Stapley Dr & Baseline Rd in Mesa, AZ. Client is paid at the beginning of each month and is currently paid up. Pool is well maintained with a consistent service history. Occasional heavy leaf weeks, but overall easy and manageable. Sand filter system – hose must be stretched out for backwashing. During my time servicing the pool, only normal wear items have been replaced (pump bearings, seals, and backwash valve set). Reliable client, good access, and steady monthly income.
