Pool Maintenance Technician – Fort Lauderdale (Oakland Park, FL) Ike's Carter Pools | 721 NE 45th Street Pay: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience Employment: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level Ike’s Carter Pools is hiring a dependable and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to service residential and commercial pools in the Fort Lauderdale area. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to join a supportive, professional team — this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Routine pool cleaning, chemical testing, and balancing Inspection and maintenance of filters, pumps, and heaters Troubleshoot and repair automation and mechanical systems Communicate clearly with clients and document all service details Maintain safety standards on all job sites Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in pool maintenance or repair Solid knowledge of pool systems and equipment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Valid driver’s license required English fluency (bilingual a plus) What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly sales commission Paid time off Medical, dental & vision insurance (50% employer-paid after 3 months) 401(k) with employer match Ongoing training & career growth Supportive, team-first work environment
