Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain residential pool routes

• Test and balance water chemistry

• Vacuum, brush, empty baskets

• Inspect and report equipment issues

• Work independently after training

Pay Structure:

• Hourly pay during training

• Pay per pool after training (more pools = more earnings)

• Additional pay for tasks like drain & cleans, acid washes, and repairs

• Referral bonuses available

• Company vehicle provided after training

Requirements:

• Reliable, self-motivated, early riser

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license + your own transportation to the yard in the morning

• Pool experience is a plus (but not required – we train!)

• Mechanical skills and customer service experience are a bonus
