For over 15 years, we've provided high-quality service and care to our clients — and we know our greatest asset is YOU, the technician. 🛠️ Now Hiring for Two Positions: 1. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include: Weekly pool cleaning and water chemistry balancing Monitoring and reporting equipment performance Providing great customer service and care Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. 2. Repair Technician Responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment Installing pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems Minimum 2 years of repair experience required. 🌟 Who We're Looking For: You are: ✅ Hardworking and dependable ✅ Detail-oriented and take pride in your work ✅ A great communicator with customers ✅ Teachable and open to learning new tools and techniques ✅ Comfortable working independently and consistently ✅ Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet ✅ Okay with pets, weather, and outdoor work ✅ Treat the job like it's your own business 💰 Compensation & Perks: $18–$22/hr, depending on experience and skills 30–40 hours/week to start (Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays) Pay and hours grow as you grow Company vehicle, gas, and chemicals provided Long-term opportunities for advancement (repairs, installs, management) Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs, squat, bend, and stand for long periods Background check and drug test required 📞 Ready to Apply?
