NOW HIRING – Pool & Pond Service + Repair Technician (Tucson, AZ)
compensation: $18–$20/hr to start, DOE

Arizona Pool & Pond Company is growing, and we’re looking for an honest, reliable, and skilled Service & Repair Technician to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. Start immediately!

💵 Pay:

• $18–$20 per hour to start (based on experience)

• Weekly pay

• Performance-based bonuses

✅ What You Need to Qualify:
Must have at least one of the following:

• 1+ year of recent experience in pool equipment repair/installation

• Basic plumbing & electrical skills (pond knowledge is a plus)

📋 Requirements:

• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean MVR (must be 25+)

• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull 50+ lbs

• Own hand tools

• 5G smartphone with service (to run our service app)

• Comfortable with early mornings and working in the AZ heat
