Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Swimming Pool Repair Technician to join our crew. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining swimming pool systems to ensure optimal operation and safety. We specialize in luxury pool maintenance and equipment repairs and we are committed to providing top-tier service.

Duties

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of pool equipment, including: heaters, pumps, filters, salt cells, automation systems, timers, lights, vacuums, and auto-fills.
  • Program pumps, timers, and automation systems.
  • Perform general and underground plumbing work, including skimmer replacements and full equipment installs.
  • Conduct basic electrical diagnostics and wiring for pool systems.
  • Perform light epoxy repairs and dive underwater as needed (strong swimming ability required).
  • Maintain and organize tools and equipment in a company-provided van.
  • Document all work using the Skimmer app, including detailed notes and photos.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, the Service Manager, and office staff.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to training discussions and troubleshooting.
  • Possibility to learn / perform leak detection in future.
  • Fill in for cleaning weekly pool service routes on occasion when additional support is needed. And perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in swimming pool repair, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical meters.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to work underwater when necessary.
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
