About Drift Pool Care: Drift Pool Care is a growing pool service company based in Cumming. We provide premium residential pool maintenance across the North Georgia area. We provide all tools, chemicals, and technology to our team so you can focus on doing great work. We are looking for somebody interested in either learning to be a Pool Technician, or someone already experienced. We are scaling and we need someone who can step in, own a route, and grow into a Lead Technician role managing their own team.

What You Will Do:

• Service a dedicated route of residential pools across North Georgia
• Perform weekly pool maintenance to a premium standard including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and basket cleaning
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform or coordinate repairs (pumps, filters, salt cells, heaters, automation)
• Log chemical readings, take service photos, and update customer records in Skimmer
• Deliver outstanding customer service that drives 5-star reviews and referrals
• Keep your vehicle organized and stocked with company-provided chemicals and tools

The Growth Path (This Is What Makes Us Different): Most pool companies offer you a route and that is it. We are building something bigger, and we want you to grow with us.

• Phase 1 - Route Ownership: You take over a full route and prove you can deliver premium service consistently.
• Phase 2 - Lead Technician Promotion: Once you have demonstrated reliability, quality, and leadership, you step into a Lead Tech role overseeing a team of technicians.
• Phase 3 - Override Compensation: As a Lead Technician, you earn override pay on every route your team services, on top of your base pay. The more your team grows, the more you earn.

This is a real career path with real money, not a promise we forget about in 6 months.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Someone who takes pride in their work and holds themselves to a higher standard than the average pool tech
• Strong communication skills. You will interact with homeowners in affluent neighborhoods.
• Leadership potential. You don't just do the work, you think about how to do it better and can teach others.
• Reliable and punctual. Showing up on time every day is non-negotiable.
• Must have your own reliable vehicle (will reimburse gas)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What We Offer:

• Starting pay of $20-$28/hr based on experience and skill level
• All tools, chemicals, and equipment provided
• Skimmer software for routing, service logging, and customer communication

• Monday through Saturday schedule, 7 AM to 5 PM

Requirements:

• Your own reliable vehicle (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in the GA heat
• A smartphone to use Skimmer
• Must pass a background check
