Oasis Pool Warranty and Service, LLC is currently hiring Pool Technician Specialists for the Columbia, SC area. Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old - Must be in generally good physical condition - Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions - Friendly, positive demeanor with good customer interaction skills - Willingness to learn and take direction - Strong work ethic and punctuality Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Quick learner and problem solver - Leadership experience or potential - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Experience in the trades (masonry, tile, plumbing) is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, unassisted, is a strong advantage This is a permanent, full-time position with a company that values its team members and offers opportunities for advancement.
