Qualifications 

• Valid drivers license 
• Clean Driving Record (minimal accidents and moving violations in the past 7 years)
• RAIL Certified - Will pay for certification 
• 2 years experience 
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be able to with stand Texas weather elements. 
• Must be able to communicate and use an app on personal phone and maintain record on the app. 
• Punctual, courteous, well mannered, helpful to customers and other employees.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different variables of the job.
• Self managed and be able to be a leader.

 Responsibilities

• Pool cleaning, vacuuming, skimming, brushing ect. 
• Balancing pool chemicals 
• Routine maintenance, filter cleaning, routine maintaining of pool equipment 
• Pool equipment plumbing, motor swaps, valve replacements, seals, lights, etc.  

Job description 

We are a pool cover company with over a customer base of 3,000. We are seeking a full time manager to manage and begin the first 50 routs we have put together. After the first 50 routs grows to more you will be managing all routs and assisting other employees instead of having your normal rout, doing repairs and managing. This is for a management position. You must be able to manage and figure out issues and problems that arise on your own or with little assistance from the general manager.  Pay will be a share of every account with base since it will be your duty to manage the pool cleaning side of the business. You must be a leader and be able to manage employees and handle customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a company with a tremendous amount of clients that will grow exponentially within this year. Employment status will be 1099 to start and eventually at the discretion of the company become a managing-member of the company.
