Job Title: Pool Maintenance Tech / Service Helper

Aqua Master Pool & Spa is hiring a dedicated, self-motivated Pool Maintenance Technician/Service Helper to join our team. We're a small, family-owned business offering a supportive, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for long-term advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain residential pools: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, chemical balancing

• Assist with pool openings, closings, and initial cleanings

• Inspect and assist with repair of pumps, filters, and heaters

• Maintain detailed records of services and chemical use

• Communicate with clients and address any concerns

• Work safely with chemicals and equipment

• Support service team on large jobs (liner/skimmer replacements, etc.)

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed – we train on the job

• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation to work/office

• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills

• Positive attitude, integrity, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Job Details:

• Hours: 30–45 per week

• Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, Mon–Fri, some weekends/overtime as needed

• Job is on-the-road (not office-based)
