Jackson Pools is expanding and now hiring TWO experienced Project Managers—one for Residential Projects and one for Commercial Projects. Positions: • Residential Pool Project Manager • Commercial Pool Project Manager •Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in pool construction •Location: 13401 Rickenbacker Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33913 •Start Date: ASAP •Competitive Pay: Based on experience •Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) What You’ll Do: • Oversee and manage pool construction projects from start to finish • Install pools and related structures • Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and quality guidelines • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience in pool construction project management • Knowledge of materials, safety standards, and construction techniques • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Strong communication and customer service skills • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
